Welcome to Quicktest, an app developed by Kavanagh Software LTD designed to help individuals secure earlier practical driving test appointments. This Privacy Policy applies to both our website and mobile app.
We collect the following information to help you find an earlier test booking:
We require your Provisional driving license number and Theory test pass number/Driving test reference to log into your booking system and check for earlier driving test bookings on your behalf.
We collect and process your personal data based on your explicit consent and as a contractual necessity to provide our services.
We only collect data that is necessary to achieve the purpose for which we collect it.
We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling of users.
Users provide their personal data during registration or while using the app.
We retain your personal data as long as your test booking through our app remains active. If we cannot locate a booking using the information provided, your details will be promptly destroyed.
We value your privacy. Your personal data is not shared with third parties.
Your data remains within our databases and is not transferred internationally.
Users have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to data processing, and exercise data portability. If you have any requests or concerns regarding your data, please email us at support@quiktest.co.uk.
If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority.
We do not currently have a Data Protection Officer. If this changes, we will update this policy to include their contact details.

Quicktest does not include links to third-party websites or services.

Quicktest is designed for individuals who are 17 years old and above. We do not collect or retain data from children aged 16 and under. If we discover any data from a child aged 16 or under, it will be promptly deleted.
